  Metro Vancouver police prepare for Hells Angels anniversary party

METRO VANCOUVER - The White Rock Chapter of the Hells Angels based out of Langley is hosting the 25th anniversary party for the Vancouver, Nanaimo and White Rock chapters at the Hells Angels clubhouse located in Langley, according to an RCMP news release.

The event is expected to run from July 25-26.

The Langley RCMP, working with other RCMP and all police departments in the Lower Mainland has prepared for a unified response to any policing issue that may arise with respect to Hells Angels members and their associates. The goal of police is to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all citizens.

The police resources are being drawn from around the Lower Mainland in order to ensure there is no impact to the front-line policing in the various communities.
